CERN is home to the world’s largest and most complex scientific instruments, including the Large Hadron Collider. Some areas of research that are currently happening at CERN are directly linked to multiple curriculum’s, from key stage 4 upwards. Students will learn about the origin of the universe, the life cycle of stars, ionising radiation, impact forces and collisions, black holes and much, much more.
